Mostly Vegan: The Science behind Why You Should Eat More Veggies

Scientific research has shown we can draw clear lines between the foods we eat and the types of organisms that live in our digestive tract.

This research has opened our eyes to the world of micro-organisms that create our health and create disease. The studies also prove that eating more plants makes a difference to our health. There are clear causal links between the common American diet and the current health crisis we are in, and have been in for more than 40 years.

Mostly Vegan will provide you with:

  • A historical perspective on food.
  • A broad perspective on food and disease.
  • An understanding of how food creates the microbiota of the intestinal tract, which then impacts your entire body, your “microbiome.”
  • Details about the phytonutrients in veggies that affect your body and why plants are used in pharmaceuticals.

Humans are smart, so it does not make sense that Americans are still in a health crisis. Hopefully this is the book that will spur on millions of people to definitively bring healthy changes into their lives, for themselves and their families.
